Melinda is the Practice Manager and has nearly 20 years of experience working in the legal industry in varied roles.
As the Practice Manager she is responsible for the day to day operations and compliance of the firm, providing a diverse skills mix ranging from people management and marketing to finance, facilities and administration. Melinda directly supervises the firm’s technical, accounting and legal support team and is responsible for the firm’s quality control and streamlining processes and system to ensure best practice.
Melinda has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and also speaks Spanish.
